  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons or due to manufacturer policies)

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Refunds can take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective items).

3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will offer an exchange for the same item or a similar one, depending on availability. If an exchange isn’t possible, we will issue a refund.

4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the return is due to our error, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either replace it or issue a refund, depending on your preference and the product’s condition.
